All packages are grilled at your Southern California location and include serving staff, paper goods, chaffing dishes, buffet tables with linens and deluxe condiments. There might be an additional charge for outlying areas and foodservice more than 2 hours. Ask your vendors for proof of insurance. We carry a 2,000,00 liability policy.
