Gourmet Sausages

Gourmet sausages but not at gourmet prices, as low as $21.95 per person, cooked on site!

All of our gourment sausages are the finest artisanal sausages available. Our supplier in Sonoma, CA makes over 30 varieties of delicious fresh sausages.

1st - Choose 4 different gourmet sausages. Options include italian, chicken apple, habanero tequila, and our favorite smoked beer. One of your choices can also be an All-Beef hot dog.

2nd - Our Chef gives your guests their sausage right off the grill on a variety of fresh bakend buns.

3rd - Go to the buffet and add condiments from our deluxe condiment bar including tomatoes, red onions, lettuce, dill pickle chips, relish, guacamole, bacon, onion straws, roasted peppers, chili, artichoke hearts, sauerkraut, and jalapenos to your liking.

4th - Add Mayo, Ketchup, Dijon Mustard, Regular Mustard, Deli Mustard, or BBQ Sauce.

Our Gourmet Sausage events include a choice of 3 side orders from our Patty's Planner. You can also include French Fries made on site.

It's a Hamburger Patty gourmet event. There is a 50 person minimum. Call for a custom menu and pricing.
